Luli or Gypsy is so called Nomad people from nomadic clans all over the world. In the exposition of this tribe, it is stated: “The linage of people are known to be called Kawli or Koli, who are famous for two characteristics that distinguish them from others: one is settled with no home (homelessness), and the other one is minstrel (Musician).”
LULIAN, is attributed to a group of singers and musicians who spread happiness, joy and music in the society and they are from the Nomadic family (Kowli) who are talented to connect the music of different regions to each other.
